The JAYS Coaching staff offers 1:1 lessons to Ballplayers who want to take their game to the next level by putting in the extra work it takes to be great, and by receiving hands on personal instruction to create Elite Fundamentals while building their Baseball IQ.
Our Coaching staff varies with different levels of Playing and Coaching experience, and each instructor specializes in different aspects of the game. More instructors to join our staff in the future!

Carson Lee - Hitting, Fielding - 3 years Division 1 College Baseball, 5 years Professional Baseball, Owner of OPA JAYS
Robert Lee - Pitching, Hitting (by request only) - Over 25 years Coaching Experience in the Houston area. General Manger of OPA JAYS
Connor Wrye - Hitting, Fielding, Catching - NJCAA National Champion, Division 1 & Division 2 College Baseball
Adam Coleman - Hitting, Pitching, Catching - Division 1 Junior College, NAIA College Baseball, Over 10 years of Coaching experience.
Waskyla Cullivan - Hitting, Fielding - Former Division 1 College Baseball Head Coach, Division 1 College Baseball Player, Former Professional Baseball Player
Curtis Jones - Pitching, Hitting - Division 1 College Baseball and HBU Hall of Famer
Alex Lator - Hitting, Pitching, Defense - Division 1 Junior College Baseball, Division 2 College Baseball
Austin Coble - Hitting, Pitching - Division 2 College Baseball
Cass Ingvardsen - Pitching - Division 1 College Baseball, Drafted by NY Yankees, Former High School Coach
Bryan Castro - Hitting, Fielding - Over 7 years Coaching Experience.
