The Flock continues to grow, as the JAYS are very excited to welcome a new member of the Coaching staff.

Robie Rojas will be joining the JAYS coaching staff in 2026.

A former JAY himself before graduating from Jersey Village High School where he was voted 1st team All District & All State. Robie went on to play at Sam Houston State University; with previous stints at Oklahoma State & Blinn Junior College, where he was the starting catcher and helped lead the Bearcats to their 1st Super Regional in school history. Robie was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers, and went on to make it to Triple-A within the Brewers farm system.

After his playing days concluded, Robie went on to coach in Colorado, where he was living at the time before having the opportunity to move back home.

Robie has a strong baseball mind and understanding of the game, while being able to learn from his experiences and coaches across College & Professional Baseball.

After playing for brothers Robert and Randy Lee during his time with the JAYS, Robie is excited to come back to the JAYS, as he is passionate about passing on his knowledge to develop the next generation of the Flock.
