Beginning Spring 2026, the JAYS are proud to announce a new partnership with WinReality, integrating industry-leading swing analytics, AI-powered feedback, and virtual reality training directly into our player development model.

This JAYS Player Development package equips players with cutting-edge technology, expert coaching oversight, and daily training tools designed to help them train smarter, develop faster, and stay consistent—even outside of team practices.

What’s Included

Blast Motion – Swing Metrics

Players gain unlimited access to advanced swing tracking and performance metrics through Blast Motion.

• Measure bat speed, attack angle, time to contact, and more

• Track progress over time with detailed data insights

SwingAI – 3D Swing Modeling

Using nothing more than a phone video, SwingAI delivers instant feedback that normally requires in-person analysis.

This is one of the most effective ways for hitters to get high-quality reps without needing live pitching.

Full Coach Oversight

JAYS Coaches receive their own WinReality accounts, allowing them to:
