The OPA JAYS Baseball Organization is growing—and we’re currently looking for experienced, passionate coaches to join our staff for the upcoming Fall season and our Youth Development Program (9U–14U).
If you’re a coach who truly cares about teaching the game, developing baseball IQ, and helping young athletes reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
We’re not looking for coaches who just want to collect a paycheck by sitting on a bucket. We’re building a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence. Our players deserve coaches who are engaged, driven, and dedicated to developing the next generation of talent.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Coaches who are passionate about teaching and love breaking down the game
A focus on player development—mentally, physically, and fundamentally
Willingness to be hands-on and involved in every part of the training process
Individuals with a baseball background, preferably with playing or coaching experience at the High School, College, or Professional level
