At OPA JAYS Baseball, we’re more than just a baseball organization—we’re a developmental program dedicated to building complete ballplayers both on and off the field. This fall, we invite passionate young athletes to Fly with the Flock and become part of a culture that’s committed to long-term growth, competitive development, and character building.

Whether it’s learning situational awareness, handling adversity, or leading with confidence, our players are trained to be students of the game as much as athletes.

Our youth program is directly connected to our High School program, providing a long-term development pathway for players who want to maximize their careers. With professional and collegiate experience on our coaching staff, players benefit from elite instruction from Day 1 to their final out in high school—and beyond.
